My fitness journey became my passion for helping others and my career.  12 years ago, I was just like you.  I was struggling to lose weight and keep it off.  I was out of shape and unhappy.  One day I realized I was way too young to feel as old as I did and I decided to make a change.  My mission to lose weight and get healthy became a desire to help others do the same.  I became a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Master Nutrition Coach.  Over the years I have helped over 1000 people find their way and I am here to help you do the same.  I can’t wait to work with you.

I was just like you.  I was an athlete my whole life and never really had to try to lose weight or be “fit”.  then I let life get away from me. 

Suddenly I woke up one day and I was 60 lbs overweight and really unhappy and headed for a life of perscription meds. I needed to lose weight, but how? 

I knew I deserved better but I got sucked into every diet program out there and never made anything stick.

But I found the solution. And I made it my life’s mission to share that with you.

I used to hate working out.  Its true. 

I had to force myself to do it.  Even though I had been an athlete most of my life, starting to work out after gaining a significant amount of weight seemed like a chore.  And at first, it was.  I had to push myself into a daily routine. 

 

Once it became a habit, it became something I loved doing so much, I wanted everyone to feel as good as I did.  I was coaching and helping people part-time and made the decision to make my hobby my career. 

I became a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Master Nutrition Coach.  I have helped over 1000 people with their fitness and nutrition and some have been clients and friends for over a decade.  Building a fit life in service is something I take very seriously.
